Some idiot said that there was more sports-related than crime-related activities. I'm seeing differently based on this list.

tennis, golf, darts, yoga, taxi, towing, racing, parachuting, flight school, strip club, shooting range, hunting, managing properties are not criminal activities.

and thats already more than half of that list

So your point is? They have all kinds of activities here. Racing, sports, trafficking, driving e.g.

seems like you didnt even read you own post...

there are far too few criminal activities although there were tons of activities which they could have implement from previous GTAs and RDR

Arms Trafficking Air

Arms Trafficking Ground

Assassinations

Bail Bonds

Property Management

Street Races

Shooting Range

Rampages

Armoured Van Robberies

Not enough for you?

GTA 4 had

drug delivery

assassination

fight club

gang wars

street races

stealing cars for stevies

emails to steal cars from NPCs

gambling (no idea if legal/illegal )

bike thefts

drug wars

that includes the DLC. its a lot more criminal stuff. and thats ONLY the criminal stuff.

and Random Events are not activities o mini games...

What? GTA IV didn't have gambling, unless the fight club in TBOGT counted. Besides, GTA V has an equal amount of activities without the DLC as GTA IV with DLC, you just love to complain don't you.

Read my last that got lost.

My favorite is the failed drug deal where along the road in the middle of nowhere somewhere a drug deal went wrong, some guy asks you to help him and if you do you're fighting of waves and waves of gangs while moving to his car and getting a huge ass reward for it.

Or the failed robbery.. where you act as their wheelman if you choose to do so.

Armored van mini-heists are awesome as well, they are pretty rare but you see them every now and then loading up at the bank, a store or just on the highway..

They're heavily armored and guarded by armored guards with shotguns.. once you manage to wrestle in from them get it somewhere quiet blow open the doors (While having 3-4 stars) and get anywhere between 4 and 25k.

Just to name a few random events.. which reset, happen in different places, different factors..

Now tell me that doesn't blow GTA IV away.... and V got more activities, criminal as Nero the tool likes to call it as well...

drug deal gone bad is a confirmed random event (that sounded f*cking awesome!

kind of reminiscent of no country for old men they said there was an encounter similar to it.

why the f*ck do you come up with the random events every time I say it lacks of criminal actitivites. those f*ckin random events are not activities ffs

atm hacking should be there too its in the game as a way to earn illegal money

Haven't seen that yet.. have seen a night time raid on an ATM by a van or two.. which you can stop and earn big bucks.

you cant. only help NPCs that do it. that was false advertising from R*. In several previews it was said that YOU can rob them.

no word of only NPCs

In addition to the activities you tool, they are just as substantial.

you are shortsighted and only care for something if its labeled as an activity, which are better than IV's but your broke ass didn't play the game yet so your being a f*cking nitwit at the moment.

Go play the game and then complain there is not enough criminal activities, because there are, they are better, deeper and more worked out.

To be honest, it seems to me like your grasping for straws here. Including DLC activities seems a bit unfair if we're comparing vanilla GTA IV and V, and even then I think V has more activities. The three I highlighted red are all forms of grand theft auto and could honestly fit into one category. Maybe knife fight challenges are the fight club replacement but I can't confirm this (maybe TheRealBars can). And why can't random events count as actviites? They seem like good fun and could take quite a bit of time to complete?

I dont care if these are an addition you moron..

There is a huge difference between activities and random events...

We could talk about a possible lack of main missions and you would come up with sports I guess...

Care/Bike stealing is in as repo/towing
Trafficking (ground and air is f*cking amazing and count as 2 different activities)

Rampages are badass.

Races (Offroad/SEA/Street)

Assassination (way better than IVs imho)

Bounty Hunting

Management - is a collection of all forms of ilegal activities at random given by your shop manager every now and then, slightly related to the business. (Drug deliveries, Hostage rescue, driver, wack this person etc.)

Random events - are mini missions worth of mentioning, they never run out either and some are extremely deep as i wrote it out before.

Know nothing bout a fight club or something tho.

Nero is just a f*cking close minded idiot that needs to get his broke ass on the game before he starts bitching bout sh*t he don't know nothing about.. ignore him he's a grade A tool.

And I guess they are over after 10 missions like in IV?

Taxi was over pretty quick and you werent able to do it again.

Same goes for assassination.

Rather have it like in Skyrim where the assassinations generate itself and are endless.

Yeah most (Almost all) are, don't know about assassination though one of the few i haven't done much in yet.. seems to in-depth to be randomly generated like some of the others tho.

My mate did, he just killed the bounty though. (Also note this activity is only available for trevor)

I think this is where the tazer comes in to get them back alive.

someone quoted the strategy guide.

you just have to punsh the enemy 3 times to KO him. after that there is a sequence and the guy follows you in the car ( no cuffs on or anything )

then you drive to the destiny to deliver him. thats it.

DOnt know why they dont made it like in RDR. instead of a horse back just ude the trunk and use handcuffs instead of the rope.

sound so obvious. no idea why R* made it that lame

In the 100% completion list it says you need to do XX Missions plus the Assassination Missions of Franklin. SO I guess they are limited.

But didnt they say that you can redo all the missions?

Yeah you can, i figured assasination wasn't unlimited since its deep.

Some are given a number, but still have more/unlimited missions though they just do it so you know how much you need to do to get the completed stat in the activity.

I'm anxious to know how arms trafficking will play out seeing as it can be done by both land and air.
