The truth!

Lets focus on some of the truth here. Please post yours. I have to say I have not played the game but I'm a big fan of what I've seen.

 

-many of the complainers out there are posting why they are disappointed without even knowing. If you look at those complaint threads almost everyone starts with "I've been waiting for this game for 5 years". Too many high expectations. Any game where someone wait for 5 years is gonna be a let down. That saying if they follow every little thing about the game. It's called hype.

 

-people saying the game will have a day one patch that changes everything are nuts! It will be for minor fixes, not for adding to the game or making places where we can enter them.

 

-gta online is going to the bread and butter of this game

 

-too many people are judging without playing

 

-people are jealous of the ones who got it early, this plays a huge part on people forming bad opinions on the game

 

-many people expect the game to be real life and its simply not

 

-there is still a ton of the game to be discovered. It takes more than the few that got it early to discover everything, so in the next week we will be seeing some cool stuff, maybe even stuff we don't like but you can't tell until we all play it

 

-rumors that we heard in the past are just that..rumors. I feel a lot of what people expected out of the game are blown up rumors. This brings me to my next point

 

-haven't we learned by now that the developer always hypes their game. If you take everything they say so serious you will be disappointed. Brings me to my final point

 

-a game changes during development. A lot of the things we thought may have been in could of easily been taken out.

 

Game looks awesome but even still I'm holding out until I actually play it. I found myself judging the map size from seeing videos of it and yet I haven't even experience it for myself. The map to me looks a little underwhelming. Again I can't really judge till I play.
