I liked GTA IV, but it fell down my list for a few reasons:

 

1. Annoying relationships

2. Couldn't buy properties/collect revenue (did not complete game correct me if I'm wrong)

3. Zero use for my sh*tload of in-game cash

4. Zero vehicle customization (a step backwards from San Andreas)

5. The sh*t was never sunny, ever

Favorite: Vice City. As awesome as it gets, it'll never beat Vice City because that was the first time I had that much fun with a game. Other games were fun too, but VC spoke to me on so much more levels than anything before.
