Is the night time more violent than the day time?

This time around GTA is real 'Iffy' about the ped traffic, there's not (that I can see) any day\night difference in how many cars\people you see, but some areas have NO foot traffic whatsoever with 1-2 cars. The Starberry\davis area going towards the industrial section has areas like that. Something R* dropped the ball on.

 

Basically, it seems like there's 3 levels: busy (10+ people, some of which are preloaded to sit in one spot..cars all over) medium (residential area sh*t.. think: Ganton Gym area in SA) and empty.

 

With that said, depsite half these niggas insistence to the contrary the city is FAR from "empty", and I was really impressed at R* taking a page out of Assassins creed\Saints Row book and having the peds doing a multitude of different animations. You'll drive past one of the many strip-malls and see people in the parking lot chillin, smoking, you'll see people sitting on low walls. They did a good job with peds IMO.. The city's small though.

Damn fam good lookin just what I wanted to hear. I do gotta say myself though rockstar was bullsh*tting with putting so much useless ass countryside which I knew they would do. But did you get a chance to travel to East Los Santos? Also, is the hood small?
