Tennis is a new activity and in LS there's a lot because that's a critic to the rich society, that is depicted in Vinewoods, being tennis considered a sport for the rich, that's one of the reasons, the other being one of the main extra activities to do in the game, so of course, there's bound to be some tennis courts. I suppose the reason for so many is that when you play online, one court can only hold 2 players (unless doubles is in).
