Side missions are in abundance, people in franklins neighborhood know him and hollar at him....you can stop and talk to em, do tow truck repos, and a whole host of side jobs.... There is a leaked video of this scenario already posted on the internet. And yes it can be done. The jet fires missiles and has a forward mounted machine gun on it.I've seen multiple videos where people tried to get into the military base, but were blown away by tanks. Four stars are automatically there when breaching zancudo....but you can get to the jet if you know where it is at. The glass hatch opens from the back and pivots up..... take off is almost immediate when gassing it in the jet....they will try to shoot you down...a lock on buzzer goes off and you can shake the missiles by quick maneuvering.
