Saintdestroyer Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 I pre-orders with Shopto, weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks ago, I even PRE-PAID on the 20th AUGUST. Everybody who pre-orderd with ShopTo, even if they didn't pre-pay has received their dispatch email and their order is completed. MINE STILL SAYS PROCESSING! I tweet ShopTo and they say I should contact their support department, they are open on Monday to Friday. (of course you only find about these sodding problems when they ain't open!) So I don't think I will get mine now on Tuesday. I am fuming, I am so frustrated that RIGHT NOW theres nothing I can do about it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If its like Call of Duty, then the chances of them being sold out are really high If you talk to them early tomorrow or before 5 and are able to resolve the problem you will get it on Tuesday, I use shopto alot and 100% of the time if they dispatch a game I get it the day after it was dispatched, Goodluck I am going to ring them really early, I know it was probably an accident on their part, but it doesn't stop me from feeling really angry at them because of how excited and prepared I was for this game. There are so many factors that come into play: The retailer and when they start shipping, the carrier, the specific type of mail service being used, the size of your country and where the item ships from, the weekend and whether or not the carrier moves packages on weekends or just on weekdays, weather delaying transport etc. Tuesday is a crappy day to release games because retailers have to try and time a shipment before or after a weekend to get it there on release day when any of the above factors can delay it. If you can be guaranteed next day delivery and the game shipped Monday you're lucky but it's not always the case. Buy in-person the day of release, unless you really have no other choice.
