One of the rumours was that you can put custom texts to the licence plates of the cars. But I couldn't really find that. At LS Customs you only can mod the design of the plate but not the text it self. This would be a good example of how Rockstar lies to us if it is not in. The said custom plates are in but if they meant just the fa**ot design and not the letters that is very misleading and is as bad as a bold face lie. Well thats hard to say.. most of the time a ped sees it and phones the police, i've taken out peds (With melee i might add!) in alleys with no one close by and didn't get a wanted level at all. Yeah I should've elaborated a bit more, it definitely doesn't happen all the time but I've definitely seen it happen a few times in streams. You must download the iFruit app for your personal smartphone or tablet to modify your car and create customised license plates." If they do let you customise the text on the plate, it should say "There are no personalisation options available until you download the iFruit app." Common sense dictates.
