I've got a lot of police/fire photos from mainly Northeast and Central Florida. The ones here are from Flagler County, retirement area on the NE Florida coast. All pictures are mine and none are stolen. If from an outside source, it will be stated. This CVPI here is ancient. The badge and decals on the side that isn't in the shot were faded and there was rust on the spotlight and the fenders. I doubt this car is used for patrol: C.O.P stands for Citizens' Observer Program, which is the unarmed volunteer division. Mainly used to deal with traffic, it almost completely consists of the elderly. This Tahoe's a relic. Our SRO drives it: Flagler Beach Police Department: I've got a lot more than Flagler County, but might not post them if the thread is done for. I like seeing others with a liking for first response vehicles. I like to believe that like I, This topic is immortal Do the COP'S vehicles use red and blue roof lights? Around here, There are communities that have unarmed Auxiliary units that are usually seen assisting the police with road blocks and extra security for special events. I've seen them stopped assisting civilians and investigating accidents before; they have red and orange light bars, some of the really old cars have all-orange ones and they aren't LED, cool stuff. Imma be the next big thing! lol I kid, but its nice to see my photos being put to good use. Over the past couple of months i've really gotten into emergency photography (if that's what it's called) and i've taken hundreds of pictures as I visit new places. I have about 1600 pictures accumulated in the past six months or so, mainly Florida Highway Patrol cars and the ones from my local department, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office. I also have hundreds of others from Central Florida, as well as fire/EMS vehicles too. Most are on Flickr but i'll share them here, too. Just have to remember how to post them here, haha. Nah, they still use the 3 wheelers for other officers, and no, this isnt for parking meter maid stuff, that whole racket is operated by ABM, APD does not do parking tickets unless you are blocking traffic, so if you see a white truck with ABM on the front doors, then you need to go feed the meter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
