Do you think GTA 5 will have jetpacks?

Things like that to be honest destroy all the purpose of big flying vehicles! I mean who would pick anything else, but jetpack to fly from one location to another, especially, when they're in a hurry? ...Its just similar situation with Saints Row 4, who needs vehicles at all, when you have superpowers, like unlimited super running (aka sonic and flash) and super sky jumping!...In my opinion off course, Jetpack would destroy the balance of the game! It sure did with San Andreas! Once i got my access to Jetpack, i stopped using anything, that goes up the sky besides it! The other argument would be that it is much more easily accessed (you don't even have to wait for various animations, like entering vehicle and such...) Its just straightforward jump into kind of thing, like a bike and the last argument is its tiny compact size, which would be much more easily to avoid obstacles and give much bigger and wider areas and you won't have to get worried about getting damaged and killed!...

You can't be serious.

 

The jetpack was slow as sh*t, I don't think any sane person would use the jetpack to get from town to town if the had a Helicopter or a Jet.

If i see a house i want to get up on, what makes more sense, stealing a plane and jumping out of it to have a chance of parachuting down to the roof or to use a jetpack and gracefully hover my way up there?

I'd take the jetpack 9/10 times, plus, you could do awesome mid-air battles with the jetpacks.

 

The jetpack is NOT a replacement for planes and helicopters.

The jetpack replaced airplanes for you? I barely used it after unlocking it, it's cool to easily access some areas but, in general, extremely slow and certainly doesn't replace most airplanes or helicopters for me. Even the vast majority of cars is faster than the jetpack.
