Apfeltasche
Hey I know, Rockstar has said the whole map is accessible from the beginning. But for me, this green or yellow line which goes down to the sea, looks like it could be a temporary border What do you think? I'm not sure. Any other explanations? DODI3OG
It's the boundary between Los Santos County and Blaine County
Apfeltasche
Sounds more plausible as a temporary border. Thanks

noble95
they already said the whole map is available from the start, you just have to discover it in a way
sufferblind86
So the OP started this thread just to immediately brush off any thing contradictory to his initial idea. It's a county line. Nothing more.
