I wouldnt call this an easteregg but its pretty funny.. I wont put a picture here becaus then this thread will be taken down, but on the city area, there is a place called "Morningwood".So yeah.. I don't know if I'd consider that an easter egg, however it's very funny nonetheless. I spotted that too, that was the highway he planned to build in place of the faulty Suburban Redevelopment Fund housing, looks like he got out of prison and finished his sceme in spite of all the corruption! Take the cable car to the top of Mt. Chilliad and inside the station hut you will se this on the station wall...
