What do you think of the soundtrack so far?

I listened to most of it and it is very good. Rock fans are just close minded and dismiss anything that doesn't have electric guitars as crap. Prince one opened up for The Rolling Stones and almost got booed off stage.

 

Somebody here mentioned Bryan Adams and the only song I remotely want from him would be Summer of 69.

Seems good. Thrilled with Rebel Radio and the 90s gangsta rap station (which was a no-brainer). Wish there was a 60s bubblegum pop oldies station, though (The Mamas & The Papas, The Association, The Monkees, etc). I'll always associate the West Coast with that era and genre.

don't like it. not everyone will be happy with music. don't know why they just don't let you import your own music, choose what radio stations play the songs and then they just make the commericals

A better solution is maybe give these songs a chance even if it isn't the exact same stuff you listened to thousands of times before. I don't like country music but I learned to love K Rose.

Same here! Off course i will have to resort to listening to my own music from my own custom created playlists in WMA player, but then again its not the same as hearing announcers and hosts talking in between each song, throwing funny one-liners and memorable quotes here and there as it flows well with the feeling of the game and the station overall!

West Coast Classics is perfect!

LSRR is pretty good too.

 

But disappointed with 90% of the songs on Radio Los Santos.

Shoulda kept 2Chainz, Rick Ross, Cheif Keef out of GTA, will have to remember what time Kendrick, Jay Rock and Ice Cube come on.

I really wanted to hear some of Black Hippy (Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, ab-soul & Jay Rock) in the game, considering it's a west coast game and they're all aspiring artists from that area on the verge of becoming mainstream.

 

I also was hoping for some Kavinsky. His album Outrun would be perfect to ride around at night to.

I have a feeling there will be a hard rock/metal station that hasn't been leaked yet. At least, I hope so. That is a huge hole so far that completely sinks the radio for me.
