kinda dissapointed. expecting something as perfect as vrock. radio x and KDST were good enough to keep me going in san andreas, had to settle for LCHC in IV which i didnt really like. and with V, theres no one station i look at and think every song there is perfect. gonna just leave radio on whatever the car chooses

I wanted two things in the radio specifically, 2 icons of LA music: 2Pac, & The Doors.

I got one 2Pac song, which isn't my favorite, but will still be cool to have, and so far no evidence of The Doors. I really wanted like 3-4 songs from each.

 

Other than that, I think it's good though. I like that they have Jesco White from the Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia hosting the country station. That is awesome.

I hope they have a station similar to Electro-choc from TBOGT. That station was amazing especially in the clubs.

I think it has a pretty awesome spread of music available. That said, just like on real radio stations, there are some songs I'm not so interested in playing between the songs that I like. I'd love an option to create a custom radio station made of songs handpicked from the other ones. Still, I'm sure I'll be able to change channels to find something I like at any given point of time.

The rock music is not at all tasty either. We're in Cali, but no Van Halen??

 

I went through it all and am displeased with Ivan The Terrible's choice. It is bland, just like GTA IV's soundtrack. I know people say it's opinions, but, the list doesn't make any sense. Does this guy know anything about good music and does he realize this game is set in fuc*ing rock city LA? Where the beach music?? Bryan Adams?? Oh that's right!!! Most of it is rap.

It sucks. I don't get why they can't just put a new V-Rock station in the games. 70's and 80's rock is still freaking popular. Ozzy, W.A.S.P., Quiet Riot, Twisted Sister, Saxon etc. you know all those legends

Depending on your depiction of EDM, Soulwax is the closest thing we will ifnd unfortunately. But it's better than nothing I guess

To be honest I haven't listened to it or even looked up the playlist, but I always end up liking new artists whenever I play Rockstar games, especially GTA,
My musical knowledge is pretty crappy, but as long as there's Jazz, Electronica, or 80's music I'll be happy.
