You can still jack a car you want to drive and store them at your garage or take them on races or missions with you. Stealing is still there. When you see cool car you have the opportunity to steal it which has consequnces of a numberplate change or you save up and buy the car with the consequences being the money spent.. So I guess rockstar made grand Theft Auto actually grand Theft Auto. If you get what i mean. Lol it's actually a law breaker and u get penalized if caught. So do your best not to. People seem to want everything so easy, games are evolving this new feature isn't a let down. It's actually a plus to me. Now I'll be a little more cautious stealing a vehicle. To be honest it's a great idea because they implemented a risk reward factor. You can by the car legally, or steal the car and risk getting wanted. All you have to do is change the license plate and you should be fine. This is also great because it feel like you actually own the car whether you purchased or stole because you have to actually modify the car. And its going to make me want to obtain more money during heist so that I have money to spend on things like cars.
