The map is deffo hiding alot of streets i.e grove street

From the recent screenshots there was a screen showing the re imagined Grove St, it was round and dead ended like in SA

 

Well the leaked map which i (as many others) believe is real and there is no street which looks like it..

 

which leads me to conclude that there are many smaller streets not visible? that means there are going to be many streets, and the ones that are visible ( if im correct) are gonna be huge and this place is gonna feel MAASSIVE, like the city will overshadow anything we've seen before let alone the whole enormity of the entire map

 

Jeez this games gonna be epic..

 

as for north yankton i think it may be possible as DLC? or hopefully a flyable location that goes to an alaska like place?

He wouldn't say its Grove street just by assuming it.. It has to be Grove street.. just becuase CJ won't return because of the 3D HD era crap doesn't mean Grove street won't return,,, thats like saying Vinewood or Chilliad aint returning.. kinda lol

Also, there's no way Grove St would be in East Vinewood. Best guess would be the dead end just north of the stadium in South Los Santos

Exactly this! The scale of the map is such that you cant see the smaller streets, in other Words a lot bigger thanit seems. I cant wait to get go out explore and get lost in this huge game. Also the scale seems larger than IV, the streets, the houses, everything!

also in the review they mention the houses right nex to the storm drain.. it is kinda close but somehow just doesn't make complete sense...

OP, as much as I'd like you to be right. You are dead wrong. You can see alleys, so what you see is what you get, no hidden streets. It's just that there isn't enough definition to round out the dead ends.

This so much. If you look at the background image for the friendly neighbours page on the gtav site, you can see 2 pylon looking things, possibly a bridge, which is noticeable on this part of the map, just behind & to the right of the culdesac on this part of the map.

 

Also, it is right next to the canal, which eventually leads into the storm drains, or is possibly already a storm drain at that point.
