GTA V Map Leaked via Strategy Guide

First of all. f*ck metric. Someone extrapolate 5280 ft or 1 mile from the scale and they will see the map is perhaps 7 miles from N to S approx.

5280ft = 1 mile seems so much more logical than 1000m = 1km

On topic: the map will be big enough, just wait till the 17th.

Yeah any idea how big some of the small towns are in Blaine County..there seems to be three main ones. Sandy Shores. Grapeseed. Paleto Bay.

Probably. 300 feet is about 1000 meters. 200 feet is, well.. 750 meters.

I'm not disappointed but I do agree that it still doesn't seem big enough to warrant plane travel... Even with the underwater outline I don't see how its bigger than IV, RDR, AND SA

You know how this is fake... ?? In the newest OFFICIAL TRAILER video, you'll see the VINEWOOD sign.. look all the way to the right side and you'll see the Dam. That Dam is no where to be found on that map image. There you go.

You see that lake west of Vinewood sign? you can see the very southern road perimetering the lake is in the shape of a curved dam. This is the dam you are seeing on the Vinewood sign screenshot. There is another dam east of the Vinewood sign damming the land act reservoir which is the one you are thinking of.

 

The map is real god damnit stop being stupid and open your eyes.

 

I was actually listening to you until you got all immature at the end of your post... then I stopped.

There's no proof that map is real nor fake, but map looks legit, and looks very very accurate. However, why do people keep on mentioning North Yankt? It could be a town R* didnt show us yet.

And anybody know what that stuff is at Chumash, and right above where it says Banham Canyon, right below where it says Tonga hills. Are those small settlements/houses etc or something else? They seem almost on the road so not sure.

Rockstar first asked the fansites to take down the map. If it wasn't real that would have never happened. Now the map is allowed again probably because Rockstar finally realized the "damage" has already been done. There is no point in Rockstar dealing with this any longer considering some people will probably get the game tomorrow or at least this week.
