EDIT: Note that the left part of the scale is cut off, so I used the 2000-3000ft segment to scale. If you scale assuming visible line is a whole 1000m you're going to be off.

Isn't it possible that they only put a few clothing stores (for example) and left out a whole lot? Cause i'll keep saying it, no icons of liquor stores don't add up. And i keep wondering what previews talked about pet stores and there being multiple dog breeds to choose from. Was it even a slightly reliable source at all'?

Could PINK be friend-related activities like going to the movies and/or strip club with one of the other characters. They said we could call up another protag and go out with them but if that's the case where are the bars?

Why The f*ck LIKE WHY THE f*ck are there only 20 or 21 houses to buy? No house in malibu? Why the hell like 90% of the houses are in the city? PLUS THERES NO HOUSE IN VINEWOOD HILLS WTF?

 

 

Its not the size of the map that concerns me, its what is in the map, or in this case, there isnt.

 

 

I really hope this sh*t isnt final, i dont see restaurants, i dont see those shops, i dont see banks, seriously this disapoints me.

 

 

Im gonna buy the game anyway but was expecting way much better. Hopefully this isnt the final map

 

Why are you taking this map so serious? Maybe the other locations have yet to be unlocked or are smaller than the others so they don't appear on this map? Also 20 safehouses are more than enough and there are probably more only "accessible" through the Internet. Like private property.

 

And where do you see no houses in Vinewood hills? See these black dots (square)?

 

Also there are shops and banks but they aren't marked on the map. Why does everything has to be visible there?

San Andreas really wasn`t that big... I know when I first tried some graphic mods, with large field of view... After getting in the air with the jet, I could see the whole map... Only the fog made the map look "big"...

First of the scale bar is cut, so 1 km is more than on the bar you used

 

Add to that that landmass isn't a rectangle so you must subtract some square miles.

 

GTA V landmass is between 30-40 square miles I think

I think that was the selling point of the Special Edition. It had more detail then the regular map. I can only imagine that is the case here.

I suspect some of the purchasable businesses could be the oh-so-important "missing" nightclubs and/or perhaps an additional strip club, but since there's only room for one map icon, they went with the business one. A nightclub as a moneylaundering front is not unheard of.
