I tried ringing the customer service number about an hour ago and that was useless. Looks like the live chat is going to be the best way to resolve this. Yeah I wanted to grab as much in game content as I could but wasnt willing to pay for the Collectors edition just for a car or two. For some reason it doesn't recognise my email to log into my account but they have emailed me about my order and the shipping time. Luckily I can track my order using the pre order confirmation. Mine still says unshipped but when they sent me an email about my pre order today I checked my account and the money had been taken. Dont think they will dispatch it till the 16th which will be cutting it fine. But I have a back up in that Boomerang rentals should send me a rental copy day one.
