Just wow. Millions of copies are all around the globe and NOT one person has leaked it or shown leaked footage. Mind melting. The pirates have kind of let me down. I assumed one crazy motherf*cker on planet Earth would have taken care of this weeks ago. Gets even more mind melting the closer we get because of the amount of copies closer to or in store backrooms. p.s. I'm sure there are people playing copies by now who have zero interest or knowledge in pirating though. Just wow. That is the worst comment I've seen on this forums, and that's REALLY saying something. Be respectful. Games shouldn't be leaked. Its a multi-year project that has had hundreds of people putting in hard work on it and it shouldn't come down to one idiot to leaking it early. I might as well get the full enjoyment and element of surprise from playing it when I first open the game at home. Unless the game is leaked weeks/months earlier, there's no point. Why would you want to spoil the surprise if it's only (less than) a week away from release? Kudos to Rockstar for such quality leak control. Lynx2069 Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 I have a suspicion that R* have imposed strict rules regarding shipping from the distribution hub to retailers (GAME's letters to customers is a big indication) and made it clear that if retailers break the street date, they will be fined. AndreyKva Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 There has only been very few leaks these last 5 years, and that was the achievements, the only thing they spoiled is that we might get something to do with a spaceship , and some TV shows from the game. There have been other leaks, like I heard someone leaked an audio file from the ending of GTA V, but those get taken down in a femtosecond. R* has done a great job of leak control, and it shows. Looks like we will get the best experience out of the game unspoiled. Thank you, Rockstar, for managing to make great products and a tight lid on spoilers and leaks.
