And judging by the fact that Rockstar is stressing quality over quantity in this title, ESPECIALLY so with mini-games, it's highly unlikely that they'd shove surfing into the game in a sloppy way. Kelly Slater was boss back then! and you would think that with the amount of effort they put into the wave physics and the fact the game is set in freakin SoCal, that they would have surfing in! Oh well we'll have to see. If not, then theres always DLC (EFLC added base jumping in IV) I just hope the wave physics is good enough to allow our characters to at least body surf the waves with the rag doll physics! ......and yes that is Obama body surfing. It has to feel right and work. Maybe skating and surfing is hard to implement with euphoria... maybe just maybe DLC.. OR maybe they are just secrets.
