I remember they sent out a customized grenade and a baseball bat at some point. I won a Liberty City Swingers foam finger (hello, Miley), a custom license plate, a ton of stickers and some other stuff when the game came out. It's a card. It simply says "with compliments" followed by the Rockstar Games logo and their NYC address. Here's a HQ photo of one of mine: And no they don't include them with every single package they send out. I received stickers in the past without the compliments slip, so has a friend.
