They can not be put in a game because they don't exist (PERIOD) they are made up in real life and in GTA. That's what a myth is, it's a made up story. There have never been any mythological creatures or phenomenon in GTA. If you're asking for mythological creatures like Undead Nightmare's to appear then I very much doubt it.
