This is SOOO annoying as I added 60 bucks to PSN the same day the preload was removed which prevented the early download and the reason that I added the money on there in the first place.... You will need 36 gigs of free space. The game is 18-ish gigs, and will only download 18 gigs, but you'll need 36 with the way PSN does downloads. Just thought I'd point that out. I guess rockstar and sony teamed up on a lot of peoples butt hole on that one.... Me and a couple friends were getting it off PSN for this purpose and now our money is on there so we have a nasty day 2 digital..... I guess it doesnt matter that I'll be off work that Tues since I wont be able to start the download til 3-4am my time and itll take my inet speed over 18 hours to complete such a download... There was no pre load. Your friends either bought it from the EU store, or they're lying/misinformed. Also don't let it download in the background. It apparently throttles download speed. I have no idea what your friends were doing. I have a cousin and a friend that pre-ordered digital at the NA PSN day one when it became available and they do not have a pre-load. Those who are in the EU have one, it went up for awhile back in August as a mistake from Sony since it wasn't supposed to go up until September 13th. It's back up now but locked from download until September 13th for the EU. It's unfortunate, but completely unsurprising, that there have been issues. Sorry it didn't work out great for you, but no one did it to you on purpose, but it was a risk that was always there whether or not you informed yourself of it.
