I can however tell you when it unlocks for North America. It unlocks 12:01 PST (west coast time for NA) which means those on the east coast have to wait until 3:01 a.m. due to the fact that they are 3 hours ahead. The unlock for EU probably goes by when it's midnight in the U.K. so do some simple math based on your timezone and that of the U.K. and maybe you will arrive at an answer. If not then....surprise!
