Doesn't make sense to me. Imagine taking a image of a specific size and resolution. Now go into a image editing program and Stretch it or make it larger by a certain percentage. Okay basically upscaling is stretching the picture. It's basically 720p stretched to be 1080p, in other words its a hoax. It's not really 1080p. Naive 720p is better than upscaled. I think he's just an employee who went to back of his store and took these pictures. Someone else will probably get the game this week, but probably not the OP. We can't know yet.
