There's a cop standing around. At first you may think "The cop's in hot pursit of Trevor on foot". But look closer. It looks like he's eating a donut, as if he doesn't care. Almost as if the cop car belonged to Trevor If you read the sign near the cop, it's a prison, he clearly is planning to meet his buddy out of the jail or something... Also, Trevor's backstory says enough in order for you to realize that he cant be a cop and that car is not a cop car. I'm serious when i say that the stupidity of the first poster goes beyond limit. Sure looks like one though, with the black hoodlooking part and the white windshield/roof part.
