Don't both consoles output at 720p, but the Xbox goes up to 1080p through upscaling? Weird, as i recall with past rockstar games the resolution was the same for consoles, considering they were developed separately why would the xbox version only be upscaled? Virtually all Xbox games can be upscaled through hardware. However the fact is, an upscaled image looks no better than the original, and can sometimes be worse. Yep. Yeah...you're an idiot. Australia uses the $ symbol as their currency notation and use PAL.
