How many hours will you play day one?

Well I will be picking up the game around 9 o'clock in the morning so around 8 hours.

I plan on waking up at 6 or 7 AM, then playing until around 10 or 11 PM, with a few breaks thrown in here and there. 12 hours or more.

When September 17th comes, how many hours do you plan on playing? Are you busy with stuff and can only fit in a couple hours, or are you free to play a full day?

 

. I won't play all day, only because I only have one tv, and a family so I know the kids and wife may want to watch some tv later, I realized I have the 17th off of work. The 18th is a big day so the company is giving me the day off, so I will start the install when I get home after the midnight release play through the prologue mission then get some sleep wake up a few hours later then play for most of Tuesday.

Between 7 and 10, I think. I will play for a couple hours after I finish installing and then sleep for a while. When i wake up i will probably eat something real quick, then get back to playing.

I'm working on release day. It takes nearly two hours to get back from work. But I have to do MORE work when I get home. But as soon as that's done, I'm off for 5 days. At which point I will play for all the hours.

Getting up early to pick up the game from GameStop at 9 AM, because I'm also getting WWZ on blu-ray that day. Get back home around 10 AM, and probably play all damn day. So, over 12 hours for me.

i hope to get the day off of work..if i dont have to work, ill go to my local store when it opens at 9.30am and then insta play gta v for like min. ~15 hours until i fall asleep around 1am the next day...if i have to work, ill probably just be able to play gta v for ~5-10 hours the first day

Probably 3:15 PM - 9:30 PM, a good 6 hours. I should be home and the game should be installed by that time. I'll do homework around nine thirty, and if I have time after that I'll play for a few (*cough cough* 120) minutes.

LOL the "few minutes" had me laughing so hard. My gf HATES when I say im only going to play for 20 minutes, and then 2 hours later I get the look from her like "really, your not going to come into bed?"

Then your like well I dunno, what do I get if I come to bed haha, I think the sexy time will will make anyone stop playing GTA V.

 

I'll probably play for a good 10+ hours, not all in one sitting mind you, gotta take regular breaks for food, pissing and taking a dump if need be.

Day 1 I usually binge play for like 10-14 hours straight. The only reason I don't consider it "sad" is because I rarely ever play video games. usually only for big releases like this.
