Cyper
Well, when San Andreas was released there was a funny map with various points of interests located on it. It was the same thing with GTA IV. Does anyone remember when that map was available on rockstargames.com/iv/ ? I would really like a map similar to the one in SA. http://www.rockstargames.com/sanandreas/

Cyper
I felt warm inside when I clicked the map and heard the sounds from the street. 2004. I was 14 years old at that time. I still remember how it felt before San Andreas was released and how I printed out all the confirmed features on a paper and read them dozen of times Before going to bed.... good times. Fail_At_GTA
Oh right, I completely forgot about the interactive map. Judging by how close we are to the games release, I don't think there will be an interactive map. It wouldn't hurt anyone to release one though. We already know the map outline and know where almost everything is. It would still be very interesting to see what Rockstar could do with the interactive map though. Maybe it will be released after the last panels are revealed.

73duster
We are NOT getting an interactive map this time around. The map is the biggest point of interest for the public, and they aren't going to release an official map after waiting this long. The game is ONE week away, and if Rockstar was going to release an interactive map, they would have done so by now. They want us to explore the map for ourselves on Sept. 17th. Sure, we have a general idea of what the map will be, but perhaps the fact that we don't have an interactive map means there is much more to what we've been able to piece together. Drake1212
I remember the GTA SA website like it was yesterday, but was almost 10 years ago. I was fairly new to the internet and somehow i managed to end up at the GTA SA website. I didn't even knew they were making a new one. Me and my pals had spent so much time running around in Vice City so the first thing i did was to grab my phone and call one of them to tell them about this miracle to come. At the time i found the website, only Los Santos and contryside was available. The countryside blew my mind. After some time i checked again - San Fierro was available! TWO CITIES! HOLY f*ckBALLS! Then i checked again some time after - Las Venturas was there (this was when i discovered masturbation). Then i found out that the game only came out for PS2... didn't matter. When the game finally came out, my mother picked it up for me on day 1. I was the first one in my f*cking class to have this game!!! i was the coolest kid in school.
