I've opened my China-HDD and in there was a solid 5400 rpm Western Digital notebook-drive. 5400rpm seems to be the standard for the console. You could use 7200rpm HDDs to improve loading times even more. If a 2.0 USB-Drive is enough to play the game, every SATA-HDD tops the writing and reading speed easily.
