iNero
I remember when people said that V wont have such detailed animations like MP3 cause it would be too much. Yet its animated in its details as you can see here were the slide is at the back. ( the HK417 animation from the Gameplay trailer was good too Now remember the plain reload animations from GTA 4 were Niko just makes a single move to the weapon and its done. Also the open trunk looks interessting Edited September 9, 2013 by iNero

Bobbyleez
I just hope it doesn't have the "Magic automatic cocked back slide" when you hit the reload button....it's nothing big, just a small detail, but it's weird and annoying on the eyes Other than that it seems awesome! DaRkL3AD3R
I don't know how ANYONE can say these reloads are the same as in IV. You have to be retarded to think that seriously. In IV you would just watch his hands move around as if he were doing something, but NOTHING on the gun changes. No mag release and drop, no actual slide on the weapon, NOTHING. If GTA V truly does use the Max Payne 3 reloads then my god, Rockstar really are geniuses if they could pull that off.
iNero
I know that. Was just confused about that "Magic automatic cocked back slide" thing edit: why is this black?
Bobbyleez
Like is most games, people would empty half the magazine, but reload anyway to have a full mag. Let's say your Mag holds 12 rounds. and reload your mag halfway through, you'd have a full mag (12 rounds) plus another in the chamber from your previous mag, so that'd be (12+1) But most games automatically pull the slide back, wasting said round in chamber.... It's nothing game breaking, call me anal, it's just a little detail I find annoying, I know that. Was just confused about that "Magic automatic cocked back slide" thing What I meant by that is that most games pulls back the slide automatically, it's looks silly, no biggie lol, reload a handgun in MP3 while having a half mag and you'll understand lol Edited September 9, 2013 by Bobbyleez
iNero
now I get what you mean. Battlefield is one of the few games which counts this one bullet in the chamber/barrel when reloading while the mag is not empty

JP.
Is there any video of reloading? This detail might be just for a cut scene.
matsix
People act like it'd be hard for them to add this... It really isn't. They'd just have to copy from Max Payne... A small animation with only your character would not cause the game to go any slower.
QuietSundayLibrary
For any doubters, watch Franklin reloading/cocking his assault rifle during one particular sequence in the "Official Gameplay" video release several weeks ago.
