3 different main businesses for the 3 protagonists?

So, the possibility to buy firms like in Vice City will come back, and this would already be a great feature if it worked like in the Ps2 game. If you remember, in Vice City we had the possibility to buy these businesses and to play some missions to let them work properly; after that we could go to retire our income every 1 or 2 ingame days.

 

BUT: I bet they'll add something else to the already known taxi firm (Kafman Cabs), clubs (Malibu, Pole Position), money printing, movies production, car saloon, small boat port, personal airport etc and also to the way the thing will work..


IF they improved this (already very good) system, maybe adding the possibility to modify aspect and dimension of the places we bought, prices for customers, number of employees, commercials about your activites (both on tv and along streets), the area you want to serve (for example with a pizza transportation firm)..and if they added the necessity to defend your precious businesses from random events that could compromise them and make you lose loads of money, like sabotations from the competition or some random inconvenience... than it would be a game in the game, that could keep going on also after we finish the main story.


The whole system could work like gangs fights did in SA, with the map that showed us the area we were controlling, the other gangs extension, and the areas under attack.

Now, if this business thing I just described would work ONLY FOR MICHAEL, while Gang wars like in SA where just Franklin's field, and drug wars for Trevor (like in Chinatown Wars), with the same depth I supposed before with improvemenst, enlargement of the crew etc.. would't it be a massive and unbelievable entertainment?? Like if we had 3 games into the game!

 

 

If you think carefully on how the money system works, you see that the fact that each character has a SEPARATE bank account, means that what they share is ONLY the heists organization and actuation, to gain the money they need to follow their own and separate dreams! Franklin friends keep talking about the importance of the hood, the gang etc, Trevor is very inside the drug system, and Michael aspirates to feeling free and in control of his things.

 

Last thing: maybe if you spend too many time playing as one of the 3, when you get back to one of the other 2 he'll be involved in some bad situation regarding his business (gangs has attacked a territory, drug dealing competitors has taken some sort of advantage on you, the club you bought is not the best downtown anymore because of a new one etc)

 

Do you think something like this could be possible?
