Doubt it, Media Markt is one of the biggest electronic retailers in Europe. Its bigger then GameStop in US. Rockstar needs them more then Media Markt needs them. Media Markt is not solely a game retail store like Gamestop, they're a consumer electronics store. They're Bestbuy's biggest competitor. Not Gamestop's.
