Gdog
all we know is that they are in the game. there aren't many details. pressing L3 would be the best option because that's that button police cars use for sirens.

Police cars in IV --> Long press = horn, short press = siren, Long press when siren already IS on = another type of siren Sound. so up to convertible cars : Long press -> horn, short press -> convert dat sh*t ! no Problem, i help where i can. DEERxBanshee
this could all be different for some people that use classic controls i suppose also the character switch should just be a quick button press. none of this press a button and use stick to select. dantheman9856
right on the dpad whether a hold or press was for headlights and convertibles. This was confirmed in IGN's Q & A video last week. The down d-pad is for switching characters and using the thumbstick to select them....also confirmed in IGN's Q & A video. this could all be different for some people that use classic controls i suppose also the character switch should just be a quick button press. none of this press a button and use stick to select. I also doubt there will be separate controls schemes a la "classic" as this game is completely different technically than any other game Rockstar has released. There may be variant controls, but there probably won't be "classic" like GTA III or something. Edited September 9, 2013 by dantheman9856
