So, lately for the past week this game hasn't got off my mind, i cant stop thinking about it, even dreaming about it, thing is im poor. Im trying to get GTA V and if i get it, it will be for ps3 12gb, wich i havent yet but im gonna be forced to buy, here in Portugal there is only 12gb or 500gb, no midterm. I've read on some threads that you need an extra disc or something but i dont really understand what they mean by that and i was hoping someone could please explain to me. AlmightyD, make sure you get a physical copy of the game as you won't have enough space to download it digitally. the game will need to install 8GB from the disc on your harddrive so you should be good. price for a 250GB 2,5" sata drive should be around 50€..more or less. You won't have a lot of free space, but your save games will fit. If, in a year or so, an expansion comes out, that may not fit... but then, maybe you're rich one year from now. And yes, you can install a regular 2.5" hard drive (maybe 40 EUR for 320 GB), the console has an empty slot for that, and there are good tutorials on YouTube. But you won't need that right now. AlmightyD, you could also just contact R* about the issue since they should know best, but i think you should be able to play the game for quite some time before the drive is full. So it's basically a 10 gig console and not enough. Just buy a preowned PS3 if you really need one, you can get a 120 gig PS3 for the same price. That or buy a 12 gig one and replace the HDD. Here in the UK you can get a 250GB HD for about £20/$31. If you're installing a HD in the 12GB super slim PS3 you'll need to buy a mounting bracket which costs about £10/$15.
