Now everything has been confirmed except for a few. Underground sewer network would be cool and it makes sense for Stealthy approach to enter highly secured buildings to pull a heist. Most of it was gibberish, and the parts that weren't, common knowledge, guess-work, like the whole article. What of the part about one black protagonist(when even in the first trailer we see franklin and micheal), or weight lifting, or los santos alone 4 time bigger than IV, most of it, is guesswork, based around the trailer. Its common sense and just logical thinking. It would be a real leak when everything is correct in detail. The guy who made this was just very good guessing.
