Zeb89 Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 I'm fairly certain that the chainsaw and katana won't make it into the game since it would be considered "over the top" violence, involving gore and dismemberment every time you use the weapons. If I get the chainsaw I'll cosplay with some creepy mask and a jumpsuit, scaring campers in the woods. Setrakus Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Honestly I don't see them implementing a chainsaw, But there's loads of speculation about there being a musuem where you can obtain cool weapons like axes and sword (I personally don't beleive it), but it seems more likely than a chainsaw. Sossy Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Just because theres chainsaws and swords doesnt mean there has to be dismemberment, they can just be heavy daamge melee weapons lacking the satisfaction of that. If they're being left out for any reason its to add them later as item DLC. I'd say a lot of unconfirmed rumours on here of whats in the game will end up being DLC, hell if I was The Benz here is where I'd come for the ideas! What do you expect when you hit someone with a hammer? Bullet holes, scars?It is also said to be the game in the series with most weapons, SA had a lot but this one will have even more and SA included blades, chainsaws and a lot of other weapons.
