So there are 11 Stations and the line is linear with loops only at the ends without stations. The two termini are LSX and South Los Santos though the line does loop around the city, crossing near the intersection of the Olympic and La Puerta Freeways without a transfer.

 

 

One of those Light Rail stations is the one in the picture above which is actually only a couple blocks away from Micheals house as well as SE corner of the Golf Course.

There is still a rail line left. On the blueprint map, it's shows a rail line coming from Vespucci area. It's not shown on the leaked map.

That has to be a sewer because that same clear line is on one of the boards for a heist.

its Actually the Railline to LSX on the map Only for some reason the Railline is moved a little East on the Bluemap
