I have been talking to Microsoft and I am currently at Tier 3 support. Question 1: have any of you been through tier 3 support, and succeeded? If so how long did it take to get your problem fixed? Since I'm locked out if it, I had to make a new account so I can play GTA V with my friends. So, I'm requesting a bit if charity which I hate. I'm in need if a few 1-2 day gold cards before I get paid. I need to prepare for V and it's real depressing that I have to give up my account of 5 years with a fresh 3 month on it. Not sure what you mean by needing to 'prepare' for V by scamming people out of their trial cards 8days prior to the release. But since you have a new account, play around offline until you're paid?
