When you shoot someone up there the cops should immediately be on your ass because those are the richer more upscale areas of LA in real life. However in south central/east Los Santos there should be massive amounts of cops making arrests and shootings at night. I was always bothered in San Andreas of The Vagos shooting at you in Richman. Hollywood can be a sketchy place, especially at night. Santa Monica is upscale but there's a lot of derelicts and homeless on the streets. Even Beverly Hills has some shady pockets. But this is coming from myself, a non-LA resident The "affluent" parts of LA are million dollar homes tucked away on private property. The streets are the streets.
