What was your favorite R* game between IV and V?

Here we are, years after the release of The Ballad of Gay Tony, the last DLC for IV, and not much more than a week away from V.

 

Of course, while those years might have been nearly empty when it comes to GTA (Only with the mobile and tablet 10th anniversary adaptations), multiple other critically acclaimed Rockstar games have been released since then - Some that might even be considered "experimental" to culminate in what V seems to be.

 

So, what was your favorite amongst those?

Never played max payne or L.A Noire, but did play RDR and loved that game.

I loved Max Payne 3, but after that i played RDR and loved it too.

i just can't decide because i stoped playing RDR since i was playing it on a friends console.....

also, i didn't really liked L.A NOIR

You should give a try to LA Noire or MP3 in the future, they are really great. Can't deny though, as far as I enjoyed them, it is indeed hard to beat RDR.

LA Noire was ok but I never liked Max Payne.

 

RDR was really fun though. I traded it in at one point, but missed it, then bought it back again. There is so much to do, that I still don't get bored.

RDR no doubt...I bought L.A. Noire on Day 1, it was good but wasn't my type... Then I bought Max Payne for 30$ & I didn't like it either because of the shooting... I just hope the MP3 shooting system is going to feel like a GTA a little but of I'm gonna kill myself!

Red Dead Redemption, I love it. Never played Max Payne, and L.A. Noire... well it was so boring and disappointing.

Probably Max Payne 3. But for a longer run it would be RDR. LA Noire also was good. So yeah, all of them.

I didn't buy L.A Noire or Max Payne 3 but for me it seems like RDR is better (just seems bigger), but I may be a little bias due to actually owning RDR.

 

Maybe I'll buy L.A Noire and Max Payne in the new few weeks and edit my opinion, CHECK BACK IN 3 WEEKS!!! YOU JUST GOTTA SCROLL BACK 200 PAGES!!! IT'LL BE WORTH IT!!!

Red dead was my favorite bought all the elf first day. Bought the game day of. Amazing game. Love max Payne 3 currently playing thru the story for the second time and playing some online. L.a. politeness fantastic graphically didn't like the driving in it too much. It was still fun thoe

RDR. LA Noire was different, but there isn't much replay value, since once you know how to solve the crime, there's no real point to replaying unless you're already a fan of detective stuff.

Max Payne 3 was one of the best shooters I've played in recent memory, but I have to give this to RDR. I haven't gotten this lost in a game world since San Andreas.

 

I haven't played LA Noire yet.
