Microsoft do suck when it comes to this. As has been said on here it's not my problem if a shop sells it early... It soon became my problem tho. Good luck if you do go online with it tho. But if the game starts getting leaked, then Microsoft and Sony will start handing out bans, so I wouldn't log in if I were you, just to be safe. I've heard that Microsoft do in fact give bans out to those who play games early yet no one knows the exact amount of hours or days the ban qualifies for. It does not matter. I've had most COD's / FIFA's and PES delivered early over the past few years and not once have I been banned for playing any of them. Microsoft are only interested in those playing pirated software and will throw down the ban hammer on those people. Legitimately sourced? You're fine. I got Mass Effect 1 3 weeks before release and played it online never got banned or even messaged by Microsoft. Edit But then again that was back in 2007 and I havent had a new game early since but you should be fine.
