Showstopper 26
The vote to attack Syria is taking place this week. If the US ends up launching missiles on say the 16th/17th won't it turn all attention away from this and create a very awkward and hype deflating aura around V's launch? It will just suck and be unfortunate and very bad timing for Rockstar if this happens on the same day their biggest game ever launches.

RussianFreak
My first guess is that gamers will be more aware of GTA V than of Syria and it'll generate one of those "open your eyes" campaigns. Meanwhile, I'd be happy if the media focused on Syria and how apparently everyone in the government is always wrong and didn't try to senselessly bash GTA for violence and controversy, as they always do with the "Murder Caused by Violent Videogames" headlines. I care about our nation and all but I didn't come here to discuss my countries future.

I think the matter of a civil war is alot more important than Rockstars big launch, even they would admit that, this thread is bordering on retardation on your behalf, stop being so ignorant.
