Will we be able to kill pedestrians for quick cash in GTA:O?

The question had just popped in my head as I was thinking of the numerous ways we could make money in GTA:O and I realized if you could kill NPCs to acquire cash it'd probably be the easiest way to do it.

Perhaps when I first arrive in Los Santos with my newly created player I won't want to join forces with my friends to start robbing stores and banks around the map. Maybe I want to just go around to corner and beat the mess out of an old man in a suit so I can get a quick 10-200 dollars. Then I'll be able to spend that money to customize my character further.

Do you guys think this feature will be in GTA:O since it is in single-player

I think you answer your own question "Do you guys think this feature will be in GTA:O since it is in single-player ", so since they said everything from SP will come to MP.

So basically, I'm thing yes.

im assuming you could do that, but from things ive listened to interviews and what not, if you kill someone right out in public, I think the ai, tells on you im not sure though. so if they see you murder someone, they take pictures, or call the cops, don't quate me on that though, but I think.

Not much different than GTA:IV then really.

I think it would be fair to earn cash but not experience for killing pedestrians unless there was some sort of spree killer perk that gives experience for shooting unarmed people. Then, you would have the armed combatants such as criminals, security, concealed carriers, law enforcement, players, etc. that would work towards earning new skills upon being dispatched. Otherwise, players could simply lay waste to crowded venues with attack choppers and rocket-propelled grenades for quick XP.

Yes there will be all sorts of otions for that, i reckon.

You see a rich looking guy stnding at an ATM. Then you can follow him. Wait 'till there are no witnesses and rob him.

Or you see a hooker with a punter in a car, just wait 'till they're done and go and rob her.

I don't think you will earn money as fast as you can in other ways like doing robberies etc, but you will still be able to earn some nice pocket money in this way if that's what you want to do.

How will this work if you have cops off in preferences? You could do it constantly

How could a person turn off cops by himself? Like in private free roam?

You wouldn't make much money doing that, and it'd be a waste of time as you'd have to constantly keep evading the cops.
