Dont_Mess_69
I don't usually post a "Help" topic, in fact I never have, but other than downloading and whatnot I'm not a very technologically inclined person. I have a 360 with an internal hard drive that I transferred my old 360's external hard drive contents onto a while ago. I do not know how large my current 360's hard drive is, but it says "170 MB Free" and I intend to clear some out before next Tuesday. Do I need anything else, a thumb drive or an additional USB hard drive, for V or GTA Online?
Magnet_man16
lolz get a 16 GB USB for about £12 and you'll be sorted. if you get a 8Gb USB Pen it isnt enough as for example with 8Gb only like 7.5GB will be available. so you need more than 8GB. TheRealBars
Well a HDD is always better than a USB stick when it comes to read speeds. However you need atleast 8GB +/- for the mandatory install on the 360. 16GB if you want the optional disc 2 installed as well for the best load times and no pop in.Here is some stats: (I know u can buy USB 3.0 but xbox only supports SATA I and USB 2.0) SATA I (HDD)- 150 MBs USB 2.0 (HDD) - 35 MBsI recommend a HDD if you got the money to spend, if not buy atleast a 16 or 32 GB USB stick (2.0 or 3.0.)
