GTA V spin-off on Vita?

I'm a thirsty vita owner, and a GTA V spin off or an entirely stand alone vita title would sell that thing like hot cakes.

 

I mean, it was on the struggling psp, and the gta releases boosted those console sales like mad.

 

It probably will not happen, but one can dream...

I don't see GTA V on Vita at all, it just doesn't seem normal, also it would lack all the beauty and aspect of detail in the game.

I don't see how it would be possible due to the hand held's limitations. Now, another stand alone game ala Stories or Chinatown Wars is definitely likley to hit PSV within it's lifetime. imo

Well, thats why I said spin off, like liberty city stories on PSP, that game did fantastic.

Maybe GTA San Andrea on IPhone 6, IPod Touch 6th Gen, 2012-2013 Andriod Phones, PSVita.

There's no way they could fit this game's world on a heldhand, spin-off or otherwise. They'd have to start from scratch, and it's too much effort to support a system that barely anyone bought when they could be (and more than likely will be) focusing on GTA Online.

 

So that's a no for me.

Ohhh Yea, I would by a Vita for GTA, but it would have to be 2 carts bashed on IV & V. Just Los Santos and the 4 boroughs of Liberty City....Blain County & New Jersey they can leave out.

Well, thats why I said spin off, like liberty city stories on PSP, that game did fantastic.

 

How much data can fit on a Vita cart??? They would have to do some cutbacks or it could be like GTA 1 & 2 or Chinatown Wars, just DONT put it on the 3DS.

Never going to happen. But Rockstar should at least make something for Vita, they haven't even touched Vita yet, so maybe they will at least make something for the system.

There's plenty of things that GTA V has that people would say is impossible due to "PS3/Xbox360 Console Limitations." Rockstar knows what they are doing when it comes to making games. If it weren't for the fact that (presumably) the Vita isn't doing to well, I would say that a GTA V spin off on the Vita was very possible.

I am a proud owner of a vita myself, I wish they had a gta that was worth playing, but like everyone else has said it won't happen.
It is too big of a game for the console to run I reckon, But.. if Rockstar released a title for the Vita I would be super surprised.

Unfortunately, Rockstar have put any Vita game on hold for the time being. Let's hope the price cut of the console & its overpriced memory cards, along with proper integration with the PS4 will help sales & encourage Rockstar to rethink that decision. If we do get a GTA game on Vita, it's unlikely to be set in San Andreas. Liberty City on the hand, with upgraded features from V, would be super.

 

Failing that, the best we can look forward to is to remote play GTA V or VI via the Vita.

Believe me when i say this, the vita can handle the game. Just add loading times. Gravity rush did open world good.
