So when do you expect the next gta? In 5 years? Also, do you think GTA VI would come with the same gta online, or gta online 2? Just a speculation thread, don't hate. ProTrainFollower Posted September 8, 2013 Share Posted September 8, 2013 I think it will be along time into the next generation, they probably will do a few games on the next gen before GTA 6 as to actually get a feel for the system so they can use its full capacity. RubberGrip Posted September 8, 2013 Share Posted September 8, 2013 the biggest selling game of all time will definitely return. it probably wont make an appearance until maybe the next 3 years due to rockstar having to use new hardware to make a new gta. but before that im certain we'll see some sort of expansions to GTA 5 . you cant create a whole new game without looking to add more depth to it. Thats still (kinda) early in the next gens life, and the time it would take for them to get used to the new hardware... Im sticking to 2018-2019. Remember this post and date. Well R* certainly is more experienced with the R.A.G.E Engine and now know how to utilize it and compress things, therefor we could surely expect another GTA sometime from now. They make it sound like it will be constantly evolving. I know they will have to make big changes for next gen, but other than that it will be a gradual progression.
