Gabe Logan
How many emails a day do you think Rockstar receive? Is there one person who views them or a whole team? Have always been interested in knowing this. Any ideas?

Gabe Logan
That's interesting. I understand a lot of people use their mouthoff email, I always imagined one person reading them all haha. Blizzards
They will receive thousands of enquiries a day by phone, email and over social networking. Rockstar will have a call centre block filled with customer service staff who will be working office hours every week day and possibly Saturday. They will have separate departments, so a group of people will deal with billing and accounts, another dealing with warehouse shop department and more helping with just general information and so on. It will look something like this: http://www.southern-comms.co.uk/phonesystems/library/call_centre_2.jpg Edited September 8, 2013 by Blizzards

6.3 AMG
Honestly, I think they have like 4 guys doing the email stuff. Those four guys pick the most interesting email titles, read them, and if necessary, answer to them. My guess is 100-200 emails per day.

Thousands? jesus...They are a multinational video game company, there will be people from all around the world contacting them about individual enquiries regarding there products on the market. They also have a shop online where people buy things from so expect alot of people contacting them about posting issues, pricing and stock. You also need to remember that during times like now where a worldwide high demanded game is about to release many people will be contacting them. RubberGrip
It's actually just one guy living in his mothers basement. he set up a desk with a PC running windows 98 and has a lamp that flickers on n off. behind him he has a rockstar poster pinned up and a telephone which he only uses to ring the world to let them know that he has finished creating a new GTA. This man is the genius behind every single grand theft auto game yet no-one knows it,, his name is Ted.. All hail Ted..
