Hopefully the AI is updated to the point where they aren't some kind of all-seeing gods, so I can rack up quite a murder streak How are you going to kidnap someone though? It would be a stupid move from R* to not feature a means of kidnapping after including it in RDR. It was awesome and I'm sure R* picked up on that This Plus they have bounty hunting, and we saw Trevor hand in a wanted man alive...he must have taken him hostage some how, right? You have a very good point there. Its possible that you might knock them out and throw them over your back ajd bring them to your car. But i wonder if we can do that to anyone. The journalists that played it, mostly shortly fooled around by annoying the cops and then went on to play missions, so anything is possible really. Rockstar on the Newswire said it again...they keep plenty back for players to discover themselves. This is one of them, but if this gameplay mechanic basically lets us kidnap anyone....that would be amazing. Sleeping Dogs actually has this, you can grab anyone and throw them in your trunk, but driving it into the water simply is in no way as fun as it would be in GTA. Try to do a stunt jump over 20 cars parked (preferably flaming 15-20 cars) together to take a screenshot while in midair. 2 things I absolutely loved in the trailers, I will love to do them. One is from the online trailer where the guy jumps off a cliff, abandon motorcycle in the midair and deploys parachute. Second, where we see a jeep coming out of a cargo plane, im pretty sure it will be in story and we will have to deploy a parachute, but I dont want to use a parachute, I just want to land the car from the highest point of the sky... all the way down to the land and see the impact. EDIT: Also a few weeks ago someone posted an idea about turning the hud off, taking a helicopter or a plane and as soon as you see the woods/desert jump off of it with a parachute and you have to find your way back into the city (kinda like Man vs Wild). I really liked the idea and plan on doing this early on in the game when I am not familiar with the map. So far we have only see them around beach areas, but what if there's no way to take a small vehicle with you using a bigger vehicle? If not...hopefully a cheat to simply spawn it. Surely we are able to attack him, cause he sure as hell will attack us. If so, hopefully we can use it outside the water too, oh man that would be ace. strakan7 Posted September 8, 2013 Share Posted September 8, 2013 we've seen pics with chop in the car with franklin...i wonder if other animals can get in car with you...driving a convertible into the woods with your friends and waiting to see which of you gets mauled by a cougar, or as someone said, get a bear into a pickup and take it to the city... im probably gonna get a bicycle, turn the hud off and go for a cycle into the middle of f*ck-knows, hopefully up a mountain, do some climbing then wander back to civilisation. Playing with the hud off seems like a good idea actually...a game that seems like it would take a while to get to know everywhere! Flying school...offroading...and of course, diving! I'm guessing you'd toss them in the trunk after tasing them. That;s actually not a bad guess at all. Oh man just thinking about the endless things to do in this game. Take the ocean for example...we know about some treasures, but we have no idea If there will be other animals other than sharks and damn..sharks are terrifying enough as it is. So while we know about a lot of new things, there's still plenty of mystery around it for us. That is one of the reasons I wont be reading a single review.
